P.S. 110 Florence Nightingale School

Project Description: 

Students at PS 110 will collaboratively build a model of a Green City using the school's recycled lunch food trays made from sugarcane fibers. The students will wash the trays then use them to construct model structures and then plant wheatgrass on the roofs. The students will also use additional recycled materials for the city. The city will be displayed at the school's annual Science Fair on March 16th, 2010.
